Food is often a stand-in for something else: stress, grief, control, loneliness. We address what food has been doing for you, so you don't have to need it the same way.

Questions, answered.
Is this a medical or weight-loss program?
No. This is behavioural coaching, not medical treatment or a weight-loss program. Weight stability often becomes a byproduct of the work, but it's not the focus.
Will I have to weigh in or track food?
Not unless you want to. The work is about restructuring the behavioural loop, not measuring compliance. Tracking is a tool, not a requirement.
Are there refunds?
Because of the depth and personalisation involved, all coaching engagements are non-refundable once we begin. The application process exists to make sure we're both confident before you commit.
What's the time commitment?
One weekly 1:1 session (60 mins) plus Voxer support between calls. Plan on 2-3 hours of integration work each week outside of sessions.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes. Once you're accepted into the cohort, we can structure the investment over the duration of the container. Discussed on the application call.
