From the inside out.

For years, I used food to regulate stress, pressure, uncertainty, and emotions I didn't know how to process. After losing 65kg, I expected the struggle to end. It didn't. The weight changed. The patterns didn't.

That's when I realised something most people are never taught: lasting change isn't created by another plan. It's created by understanding the behavioural loop driving the urge in the first place.

I stopped chasing weight loss. And started studying behaviour. Today I help men and women dismantle emotional eating cycles, rebuild self-trust, regulate the nervous system, and create structure that makes weight stability a byproduct, not the obsession.
