Why is there a waitlist?
Two reasons. One: I'm capping the founding cohort at 100 so the room stays small enough to actually coach in. Two: I'd rather open with a room full of the right people than rush it.
Is this a replacement for 1:1 coaching?
No. 1:1 is still 1:1: bespoke, intensive, $5,000+. The Inner Circle is the room between a course and the 1:1, for women who want ongoing live coaching without the 1:1 investment. You can also apply for 1:1 directly.
Is this for men too?
Yes. The framework is gender-agnostic. Emotional eating loops aren't unique to women. The marketing speaks to women because that's most of my client base, but the work is the same.
I'm currently on a GLP-1 (Ozempic / Mounjaro / Wegovy). Should I wait?
No. Start now. Plenty of women in the room are tapering off injections, and the live coaching is built for exactly this transition. The injection does the appetite work; the room does the identity work, so the weight stays off when you eventually stop.
